Membership Agreement

1. APPROVAL OF THE AGREEMENT

If you wish to become a member of our Website, you must first complete the registration form and agree to comply with the provisions of this Membership Agreement.
Once the user fills out and confirms the registration form, or uses any service or places any order through our Website, they are deemed to have accepted and undertaken to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Members who approve our Website Membership Agreement are entitled to make purchases through our Website over the Internet.

3. MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM OF OUR WEBSITE

Each member of our Website has a username (e-mail address) and password of their own choosing.

The username is unique and cannot be assigned to more than one member.

The password is known only by the user and can be changed at any time. The selection and protection of the password are the sole responsibility of the user. Our Website is in no way responsible for any problems arising from password use.

To access the services requiring membership, the user must enter their username and password. This process is defined as logging in to our Website.

4. MEMBER’S OBLIGATIONS

Acknowledge that any O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) numbers, brand names, or model names listed on our Website are provided solely for reference, identification, and informational purposes, and that the products are not original items.
Accept that our Website shall not be held responsible for any lost, incomplete, or misdirected messages, information, or files during service use.
Agree not to access or use our Website services in any unauthorized way, not to alter or modify the software, and to compensate our Website for any material or moral damages arising from such actions.
Accept that our Website shall not be responsible for any damages caused by unauthorized access to member data.
Refrain from sending threatening, immoral, racist, or illegal messages that violate the laws of the Republic of Turkey or international agreements.
Choose usernames (nicknames) that are in accordance with general moral, social, and legal standards.
Not harass or threaten other users.
Not engage in any behavior that interferes with other users’ ability to use the service.
Not publish, print, or distribute material or information that is defamatory, unlawful, inappropriate, or contrary to moral standards.
Not advertise, sell or offer to sell any goods or services, or conduct any surveys, contests, or chain letters.
Acknowledge that all materials or data obtained through our Website services are obtained at the user's own discretion and risk, and that the user is solely responsible for any damage, data loss, or other harm that may result. The user may not claim compensation from our Website for any such damages.
Not use the services of our Website for commercial or advertising purposes without prior permission.

Accept that customers may be required to present valid identification at the time of delivery, allow recording of such information, and sign relevant documents; otherwise, the product may not be delivered.
Accept that if the product is to be received by another person, that person must sign a document confirming that they acknowledge receipt on behalf of the sender; otherwise, the product will not be delivered and the order will be considered incomplete.

By accepting these terms, the member acknowledges and undertakes all the above obligations.
